01 · Agreement
Using Stowmark means accepting these terms.
You must be able to enter a binding contract where you live. If you use Stowmark for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that organization. Do not use Stowmark to store or paste material you are not allowed to possess or use.
02 · Purchases and plans
One Pro feature set, with different billing terms.
Direct Mac purchases are processed by Stripe for SVFF LLC. Prices are shown before checkout and applicable taxes may be added. Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically until canceled. The Yearly plan may include a seven-day trial for eligible new customers when the checkout page expressly shows that offer.
A Lifetime purchase is a one-time license for the supported life of the Stowmark direct-download product. It does not promise that every future platform, third-party service, or separately sold product will remain available forever.
03 · Cancellation
Cancel the subscription, not just a device.
You may cancel a direct subscription at any time through the Stowmark Manage Billing page and Stripe customer portal. Unless the portal says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and access continues until then. No further renewal charge is made after an effective cancellation.
Deactivating a Mac only frees a device seat. It does not cancel a subscription or request a refund. Apple subscriptions must be managed through the Apple Account that made the purchase.
Manage direct billing04 · Direct-purchase refunds
A 14-day direct-purchase refund window.
You may request a refund for a direct Stowmark charge within 14 days of that charge by emailing info@svff.online from the purchase email address. After that window, charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Fraud, abuse, chargebacks, refunds, or payment disputes may suspend or revoke the related license. Apple controls refunds for App Store purchases under Apple's own policies.
05 · License use
Your key is personal and recoverable.
A direct individual license may be activated on up to three Macs you personally own or control, unless the order states a different limit. You may move a seat by deactivating an old Mac. Do not publish, resell, rent, share, reverse engineer, or bypass license and payment controls. Keep the purchase email and license key private.
Your clipboard content remains yours. The Stowmark software, branding, and service are licensed, not sold, except for rights that applicable law cannot limit.
06 · Updates and availability
Eligible builds can update through their purchase channel.
Active direct subscriptions receive eligible direct-build updates. Lifetime licenses receive updates made available for the supported Stowmark direct-download product. Direct builds may offer signed automatic updates; App Store builds update through Apple. A build released before the signed updater may require one manual bridge update.
We may change, repair, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, compatibility, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every future operating system, device, or third-party app.
07 · Apple purchases
Apple and direct licenses are separate channels.
App Store prices are Apple price points and may differ by country or channel. Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refunds for those purchases. A direct website license does not automatically unlock an App Store build, and an Apple purchase does not automatically become a direct-download license, unless Stowmark expressly offers a cross-channel benefit.
08 · Warranty and liability
Use a clipboard tool with appropriate care.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stowmark is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. Keep independent copies of important material and do not treat clipboard history as a permanent backup. SVFF LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Its aggregate liability relating to Stowmark will not exceed the amount you paid for Stowmark during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where law forbids them.
These terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction unless consumer law where you live requires another forum.
09 · Changes and contact
Material changes will be dated and published.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes apply prospectively and will be posted with a new effective date. For billing, refund, privacy, or legal questions, email info@svff.online.
